Ingredients
1 Japanese Sweet Potato (about 220g)
3 tablespoon Sugar
Cooking Oil
Black Sesame Seed
Directions
- Wash sweet potato really well
- Dry off sweet potato with paper towl
- Cut sweet potato into strips
- Place sweet potato into frying pan and pour cooking oil into frying pan until 80% of sweet potato are covered.
- Set low heat When oil become hot, add sugar into frying pan and cook until sweet potato are thoroughly cooked. *Put chopstick or folk into sweet potato for check if it is cooked or not)
- Take sweet potato out from oil and put it cooking bowl
- Add black sesame seed and mix
