Chocolate ICE Cream (Vegan Version)


  • 500cc Soy Milk (豆乳 500cc)
  • 3 Table spoon of Sugar (砂糖 約大さじ3杯)
  • 2 Table Spoon of Coco power (カカオパウダー 約大さじ2杯)
  • 2 Table Spoon of potato starch (片栗粉 約大さじ2杯)


  1. Combine Sugar, Coco powder and Potato starch in a median pan.
  2. Add half of soy milk into the pan and
  3. In low heat, cook slowly and keep stirring until ice cream mixture become sticky.
  4. Add remaining soy milk into pan and stir slowly.
  5. Pour mixture into container and let it sit until mixture are cool off.
  6. Keep in the refrigerator for overnight.

If you want to eat creamy texture, use food processor to make smooth texture.
