Directions
- Cut the Chicken into bite size pieces
- Mix Japanese Soy Sauce and Sugar in a bowl
- Allow the mixture to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator
- Put Chicken on metal skewers
- Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat
- Cook Chicken on the BBQ on low temperature
- Use a cooking brush to lightly coat the Chicken with the soy sauce and sugar
mixture while cooking - Continue to cook Chicken until thoroughly cooked
