Easy BBQ Teriyaki Chicken


  • 2 Chicken Thighs

  • 4tablespoons Japanese Soy Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar


  • Cut the Chicken into bite size pieces
  • Mix Japanese Soy Sauce and Sugar in a bowl
  • Allow the mixture to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator
  • Put Chicken on metal skewers
  • Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat
  • Cook Chicken on the BBQ on low temperature
  • Use a cooking brush to lightly coat the Chicken with the soy sauce and sugar
    mixture while cooking
  • Continue to cook Chicken until thoroughly cooked
