INGREDIENTS
- 500cc Soy Milk (豆乳 500cc)
- 3 Table spoon of Sugar (砂糖 約大さじ3杯)
- 2 Table Spoon of Coco power (カカオパウダー 約大さじ2杯)
- 2 Table Spoon of potato starch (片栗粉 約大さじ2杯)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine Sugar, Coco powder and Potato starch in a median pan.
- Add half of soy milk into the pan and
- In low heat, cook slowly and keep stirring until ice cream mixture become sticky.
- Add remaining soy milk into pan and stir slowly.
- Pour mixture into container and let it sit until mixture are cool off.
- Keep in the refrigerator for overnight.
If you want to eat creamy texture, use food processor to make smooth texture.
