
Ingredients
4 Potatos
1 Japanese Cucumber
1/4 Onion
1/2 Carrot
1/2 Canned corn
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cube Knorr® Chicken Bouillon
Salt
Black pepper
3 table spoon mayonnaise
PREPARATION
- Cut potato to cube and soak in a water for 10 min
- Slice onion and soak in a water for 10 min
- Sliced cucumber and add a pinch of salt and mix well
- Sliced carrot
- Mix sugar and vinegar
Directions
- Boil potato with Chicken bouillon and salted water until tender
- Before potato become tender, add carrot in a pot and boil for 1 min
- Drain potato and carrot well and bring back into same cooking pot
- take out onion from water and squeeze out the water and add cooking pot with potato and carrot
- add vinegar and sugar mixture
- in a low heat, mix well until moisture are reduced and remove from stove
- add salt and black pepper to extra taste
- sit a side until potato become room temperature
- add cucumber and corn and mayonnaise and mix well
- Add extra salt or mayonnaise if you want
