Kabocha Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • Kabocha 1/4
  • Onion 1/4 – Sliced
  • Cucumber 1

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut Kabocha in to cube
  2. Boil Kabocha until it soft (15min)
  3. Soak sliced onion in water
  4. Make Slicked cucumber
  5. Mix with a pinch of salt and cucumber and sit for a 5 min
  6. Remove Kabocha from pot and drain well
  7. Put Kabocha, diagnosis Onion, Cucumber into a large bowl
  8. Add Mayonase and Black Pepper and mix well
