Kabocha & Broccoli Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 Kabocha squash, try cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 Broccoli bunch, nurse cut into florets, cialis stems peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil Kabocha squash and Broccoli in separate pots until the vegetables become soft, for about 10 minutes
  2. Remove the Kabocha squash and Broccoli from the pots and drain well
  3. Put the Kabocha squash and Broccoli in a cooking bowl and add a pinch of pepper and salt and add 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise and mix well
