Japanese Style Ratatouille

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 zucchini, advice cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green pepper, rx diced large
  • 1 onion, diced large
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 white mushroom, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon japanese dashi powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the olive oil and garlic in a fry pan over low heat
  2. Add all vegetables and mushroom and stir well
  3. Add salt, black pepper and japanese dashi into pan and stir well
  4. Add tomato and stir and cook in medium heat with cover
  5. Add Soy sauce and cook for about 10-15min until all vegetable is tender
