Carrot and Japanese Radish Strips Salad (Namasu)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Carrot – Thin strips
  • 1/6 Japanese Radish – Thin strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. On cooking bowl, view mix Carrot and Japanese radish and half salt(1/4 teaspoon) and sit a side for about 10 minutes
  2. Mix vinegar and sugar and salt really well in cooking bowl
  3. Squeeze carrot and Japanese radish well
  4. Add Carrot and Japanese radish to vinegar mixture and mix well
