Boiled spinach in the Sesame soy sauce (Hourensou no goma ae)

  • Spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame seed
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt


  1. Wash spinach really well


  1. In a large pot, cialis boil spinach with salted water for a few minutes
  2. Drain spinach and soak cold water for few minutes
  3. Smash sesame seed using back of table spoon
  4. Add Japanese soy sauce, sugar and mix well
  5. Squeeze spinach really well and cut 2 inch long
  6. Add to Japanese soy sauce mixture and mix well
