INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Potato
  • 1 Japanese Cucumber
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 canned corn
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cube Knorr® Chicken Bouillon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3 table spoon mayonnaise

PREPARATION

  1. Cut potato to cube and soak in a water for 10 min
  2. Slice onion and soak in a water for 10 min
  3. Sliced cucumber and add a pinch of salt and mix well
  4. Sliced carrot
  5. Mix sugar and vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil potato with Chicken bouillon and salted water until tender
  2. Before potato become tender, add carrot in a pot and boil for 1 min
  3. Drain potato and carrot well and bring back into same cooking pot
  4. take out onion from water and squeeze out the water and add cooking pot with potato and carrot
  5. add vinegar and sugar mixture
  6. in a low heat, mix well until moisture are reduced and remove from stove
  7. add salt and black pepper to extra taste
  8. sit a side until potato become room temperature
  9. add cucumber and corn and mayonnaise and mix well
  10. add extra salt or mayonnaise if you want
