Japanese Curry Noodle (Curry Udon)

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Chicken breast sliced (or sliced beef)
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 1/2 sliced carrot
  • 1 green onion – sliced
  • 2 piece of Japanese curry cube
  • 1000cc dashi shoup
  • 2 pack Japanese Udon noodle

DIRECTIONS

    1. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium temperature
    2. Stir fry onion and chicken for a few minutes
    3. Add Dashi soup in to the pan
    4. Add Carrot and boil until everything thoroughly cooked
    5. Add Green onion and cook for about 1 minutes
    6. Turn off the heat and add curry cube and stir until curry cubes are melt
    7. Cook curry soup on low heat until soup become thick
    8. Another large bowl, physician boil water and add Japanese udon noodle cook until noodle are soft(please read a package that how many minutes you need to boil)
    9. Drain udon noodle and bring to serving bowl, and add curry soup.

*If curry soup is not thick enough, add extra curry cube.
