Omuraisu (Omelet made with fried rice)

  • 3/4 Cooked Rice
  • Grand Beef
  • Chopped Onion
  • 2 Egg
  • Ketchup
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper


  1. Heat a Cooking oil in fry pan over high temperature
  2. Add Chopped Onion and stir until it become brown
  3. Add Grand Beef and cook until thoroughly cooked
  4. Add Cooked Rice and Ketchup and stir for a 5-8 minutes
  5. Heat a cooking oil in another fry pan over high temperature
  6. Beat egg in a small bowl and pour egg and quickly spread the egg and make a round omelet
  7. Put Ketchup rice on a middle of egg
  8. Bring carefully both side of egg into a middle of rice
  9. Turn a fry pan for put omurice on the plate
  10. Serve with Ketchup on Omurice
