Japanese Rolled Omelette (Tamagoyaki)

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking oil

Equipment

  1. Tamagoyaki Frying pan

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add sugar and salt to egg
  2. Mix well
  3. Pour cooking oil into small bowl and soak paper towel into oil
  4. Heat frying pan on medium heat
  5. Put oil in frying pan use paper towel
  6. Pour a small amount of egg mixture into frying pan
  7. Reduce heat to low
  8. Cook egg mixture until half of egg are cooked
  9. Rolling egg from front to back
  10. Move the rolled egg to front and put oil to the space where no egg
  11. Pour a small amount of egg mixture to frying pan again
  12. Lift up the rolled egg from the frying pan a little bit so new egg mixture not going to split with already rolled egg
  13. Rolling egg again from front to back and move the rolled egg to front
  14. Keep same thins again over and over until egg mixture are finished
