Japanese Style Fried Mackerel (Saba no tatsuta age)

INGREDIENTS

  1. ?4 pieces mackerel fillet with skin
  2. ?2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
  3. ?2 tablespoons Japanese mirin
  4. ?4 tablespoons cooking flour
  5. ?4 tablespoons cooking oil

DIRECTIONS

  • ?Cut mackerel into a bite size
  • ?Mix Japanese soy sauce and Japanese mirin in a bowl
  • ?Allow the mixture to marinate for a few minutes
  • ?Covered each piece of mackerel with cooking flour
  • ?Hear a cooking oil in a fry pan over medium temperature
  • ?Fry the mackerel in a fry pan until both side of the mackerel become blown(about 5 minutes each side)
