Boiled Mackerel with Japanese Miso sauce (Saba no miso ni)

  • 2 sliced of Mackerel cut half
  • 4-5 piece of sliced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese Miso
  • 2 table spoon Mirin
  • 1 table spoon Cooking Sake
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  1. On small bowl, viagra add all miso sauce ingredient and mix well
  2. Pour miso sauce into fry pan or boiling pan and add sliced ginger and cook on medium heat until it begin boiling
  3. Add sliced Mackerel and cook for a few minutes on each side until fish is thoroughly cooked
  4. * If Miso sauce became too sticky, add a little water and cook again
