Red Shiso Juice (Akajiso Juice)

  • 20-30 Red Shiso leaf
  • 1L Water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 20ml Apple Vinegar or lemon juice


  1. Wash Shiso leaf
  2. Bring the water to a boil in the large pot
  3. Add Shiso leaf and boil down for around 5 minutes
  4. Take out shiso leaf and add sugar
  5. Add Apple vinegar – this step makes juice bright red color!
