INGREDIENTS

    • Breast Chicken
    • White wine – 1 Cup
    • Salt – 1 pinch
    • Black Pepper – 1pinch
    • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

(Onion Sauce)

  • Onion – 1/2 grated
  • Garlic -1 clove grated
  • Sugar – 4 teaspoon
  • Say sauce – 8 teaspoon

PREPARATION

  1. Wash sweet potato really well
  2. Dry off sweet potato with paper towl
  3. Cut sweet potato into strips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put Pepper and Salt each side of chicken
  2. Soak with white wine for 30min
  3. Mix every onion sauce ingredients in a cooking bowl
  4. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat
  5. Fry Chicken Skin side first and cook until chicken skin become golden
    brown and turn over the chicken and cook low heat with over top
  6. After 5-10 min, online pour onion sauce to the fry pan and cook for 3min
