INGREDIENTS

  • Boneless chicken thighs – 1pound
  • Sugar – 2 Tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce – 8 Tablespoon
  • Sake – 4 Tablespoon (Optional)
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
  • Black Pepper – 1pinch
  • Cooking Oil – 1 Tablespoon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put black pepper both side of chicken
  2. heat fry pan over medium heat
  3. cook chicken skin side first until skin become brown
  4. turn over chicken and cook until chicken are half cooked
  5. add sake and cook until alcohol gone
  6. add sugar and say sauce and cook until chicken thoroughly cooked
  7. add lemon juice and cook for 1-2min
