PREPARATION

DIRECTIONS

  2. in large pot, add water and place the chicken and put cover on
  3. In medium heat, boil chicken
  4. when water begin simmering, set heat to low and keep cooking for 5-10min
  5. turn off stove and let it sit until water become room temperatuer
  6. take out chicken from pot and take out wrap and string
  7. sliced the chicken
  8. it can keep in refrigerator for 2-3 days
